With this in mind I have combined my passion for basketball and strength and conditioning to create this training program designed to make players stronger mentally and physically on the court! I college basketball player and career coach, Coach Woods is able to draw on his vast real life developmental experiences in the game and give players the tools they need to reach their goals. Basketball Coordination training will help players develop great hand and feet connectivity, which is the foundation of their ability to move with the basketball effectively. In addition this series builds great cardio strength through performing each exercise.
